We were retained by a local health authority to complete a review of their back office processes and run a number of workshops enabling the teams to reduce waste and increase productivity regarding service deliverables both internally and externally to the general public.

By targeting processes and understanding how two organisations can work to the same standards enabled the teams to become more cohesive and creating a skills matrix enabled cross functional working and self-managing teams.
